• Just pick the radius or chamfer you want, attach it to the base plate and you’re ready to rout a perfect corner…either hand-held or on your router table.
• We focused on versatility when we designed the Corner Jig. You can use it on your router table or with a hand-held router. You’ll get the same flawless results either way. Larger projects like table tops are easier when clamped to a bench and routed with a hand-held router. Smaller projects move along faster doing them on the router table. Either way, just guide the template along the bearing of a flush trim bit for a smooth, even radius. You’ll machine a perfect corner every time.
• The 16 radius templates start at 1/8" and run to 1-1/2" in eighth-inch increments and from 1-3/4" to 2-1/2" in quarter-inch increments. 
• Woodpeckers Corner Jig starts with a hefty base milled from cast and ground aluminum plate…the same top-quality material we use in our router lifts and precision squares. The 22 different templates mount to the base with three stainless steel screws. All the aluminum components are anodized for corrosion protection and to give them our distinctive “Woodpecker Red” appearance.
